The GOP's affinity for Nazi-style tactics has been in evidence for decades (especially after Bush II came into office), but I truly didn't think that other than a handful of hee haw yahoos there was any interest in doing full-on brownshirting and rounding up of people and even possible genocide or similar, but since Trump, they inch closer to that every year and every month, and starting with the insurrection, they truly terrify me now.
