I support Marilyn Mosby as she fights the charges against her and have since they were levied.

I have zero information about these charges, but the smell of a political hit job is strong.

Ever since she charged the cops who murdered Freddie Gray only to have to drop the charges she has been in the cross hairs.

9. If the label fits. Are you really defending these organised gangs operating under the colour of law?

The cops are very often the number one white power projection in the US.

Mosby's contribution is that nobody in a transport van is going to be giving a rough ride in the near future even though the police were not found guilty.

Unless the evidence they provided is fabricated, it doesn't look good for her. Of course, she's innocent until proven guilty, but I'm not sure how one explains away signing a mortgage document saying that you won't rent out a property when one has already signed with a management company to rent out said property.

But if it gets to court, a jury will get to decide.

6. Why would the Garland DOJ be conducting a political hit job?

The evidence seems factual, she claimed a CARES Act COVID hardship to withdrawal money from retirement funds without tax penalty in order to make down payments on two Florida investment properties. Then also submitted paperwork, under penalty of perjury, claiming one was to be a second home when she already had a rental contract on it. She got caught somehow but it doesn't make any sense to say this current federal DOJ is out to get her for something.

is a hard sell as well, given that she didn't lose any salary during COVID.

The only charge that potentially looks iffy to me is the one regarding signing a mortgage document and not disclosing the federal tax lien...I can see a possibility where she might not have been aware of that.

corruption we will end up breeding more corruption and I hate that. The poor or middle class get constantly targeted for shakedown in corrupt countries. It is a monstrous thing.

Lazy in that people are starting with "police are corrupt" and going from there, without thinking through the point that the kind of fraud she's accused of don't fall into the realm of police investigation. Much more likely the IG of the retirement fund flagged her behavior.
