Last night we still had 4 unvaxxed pregnant patients. At 7am this morning we moved 1 of those patients to the floor. Fortunately, she is doing well. Unfortunately, a couple of hours before that we also moved a 27 year old, 19 week pregnant mother of 2 to the morgue.

I thought that the fact the overwhelming majority of hospitalizations and deaths were unvaccinated was widely known. Had no idea how tightly people have encased themselves in that RW information bubble.

because there is a LOT of information on what truly causes harm to the fetus: Covid. Higher rates of miscarriages for unvaccinated pregnant Covid patients. It's a stark number, and there is no way that if I were pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant that I would not get the vaccine.
