People who are high risk have to put in a lot of effort to find treatments.

though I'm cautious about making a direct attribution.

Also it took a while to be effective - like somewhere between weeks and months of daily use. But as long as I keep it up it continues to work if indeed it's that which is working.

One sees what one is ;looking for and often misses what one isn't. I didn't start with it for alllergies - I started because I was spending so much time indoors, even before the pandemic. And then one day I noticed that my allergic symptoms were dramatically reduced. So I'm watching for that now.

And chemicals too. So I pretty well don't have airborne chemicals indoors. And as red as my neighborhod is, I am safer without neighborhood air. At least while CoViD is still around.

Heavy milk consumption can affect prostate.

Everything in moderation.

We're not usually around anybody. But here in WV, people are not masking. I've tried to stay away from them.

That's how mine started. Cold-like symptoms got worse but it was bearable. Watch out for the fatigue, though. It hung on for several weeks after.

I guess that's how long we will be contagious. We most likely have the Omicron variant. Thanks for sharing your experience. It helps me to know what to expect.

We had it at Christmas. Started just like you described. If you've ever had a relatively heavy head cold, you'll be used to it.

We ended up quarantining for about 8 days, then hubby went back to work masked. I stayed low for a while longer as I work from home. Again, the lingering fatigue - and post-nasal drip - were the most annoying aspects.

you infect others as long as you're at work. My husband had to go back to work at 5 days, but he didn't test negative until day 14.

So, we took tests.

I was kinda surprised I had it.

I was also surprised how well I did. I expected to at least get nasty bronchitis, because 70% of my colds devolve into bronchitis....
But, with the exception of burning eyes, it was almost nothing.

I'm thinking Omricon is being spread by asymptomatic people or people who think they have allergies.

It had been a neo-emergency travel to assist a friend who has Covid.

Instead, a “nurse” was hired.

I am medium risk.
