I just figured out the perfect tag for the Republican party:
They are the evil slumlord party. They don't want to spend the money to provide you with proper heating for winter. They don't want to put money aside for maintenance of infrastructure. They hope problems go away, rather than to deal with them properly and timely. And you have to wait for something really bad to happen and people die before anyone starts asking who was responsible for regulating them.
