liars and thieves, until "the word gets on the street." And then, when public opinion is about to turn, they find their way to dry land.

Like someone else on DU pointed out, while Pence kept his mouth shut, our country was put into a state of high anxiety over a potential Constitutional crisis.

Kinzinger is one unhappy person. Yes, I know he is still a Republican (therefore anti-democratic) but he looks miserable.

I imagine he is getting threats as well, from republicans.

but today’s Republican Party didn’t just magically appear and Liz and family are “woven” into the fabric of the party…she may hate trump but she voted over 90% for his restrictive agenda…and she voted against the John Lewis voting rights bill carve out…we Dems have a habit of deifying Republicans when they have a moment of conscience and do the right thing…I think it’s a habit we need to break…

He had to fucking ask Dan WQuayle if he should do it. He knew he shouldn't do it.

Cheney is a hardcore RWer whom I disagree with on everything, but she is actually being a real patriot here, and it's destroyed her Congressional career, and if the wolves come, they will come for her at the same time as Pelosi and AOC.
