A verified social media account for Glenn Youngkins campaign team has attacked a high school student who posted a tweet critical of the Virginia Republican Governor.
Ethan Lynne appears to be a politically-active high school senior whose bio says he is a Democrat. Pinned to the top of his page is a 2020 tweet with a photo of him and Dr. Jill Biden, now the First Lady.

On Saturday he posted a tweet, then linked to an NPR report supporting his claim.

The historian tasked with teaching about slavery at the Virginia Governors Mansion just resigned after finding the Youngkins converted her classroom into a family room and emptied her office. Shameful, Lynne tweeted.

(22,035 posts)Governor Beshear has done a great job for Kentucky. I get emails from his office every day--mostly about some company moving to the state, or others adding a bunches of new jobs. He was also doing a great job on Covid till the heathen legislature and courts knocked it down.
"In an August ruling by the Kentucky Supreme Court, Beshear suffered a legal defeat as the state's high court limited his emergency powers. Since then, Beshear has been in talks with Republican leaders of the General Assembly to call a special session on the COVID-19 surge.
Beshear said the burden of protecting Kentuckians now falls upon the General Assembly.
"They'll have to carry much of that weight, to confront unpopular choices and to make decisions that balance many things, including the lives, and the possible deaths of our citizens," Beshear said.
Over the past two months, the state's positivity rate has jumped from 1.99% on July 1 to 13.17% on Friday, according to the governor's office. More than 7,840 Kentuckians have died from COVID-19 in the pandemic.
After the Kentucky Supreme Court's decision, Beshear began meeting with legislative leaders."
