..........would that get him out of the AG's Office so Biden could replace him with someone who's a little more interested in doing the job?

Biden should not nominate anyone over 45, and preferably not over 40, to SCOTUS. LonePirate Feb 2022 #11

is, to be kind, evidence that you do not understand the job of the Attorney General.

There seems to be a misapprehension that the AG is supposed to announce every move wrt an investigation to the public, and the fact that he isn't telling all must mean that nothing is happening.

'Rather' surprising.

I'm not the OLDest person here, likely didn't receive the BEST education anywhere in the U.S., but the ignorance is astounding.

Garland is too old for the job. We need to put justices on the court who will server for 30-40 years.

that would get rid of him. Garland isn't going to be nominated. Biden has been clear that he wants a black woman. He promised Clyburn.

that someone of Garland’s character and history is sitting on his hands. I think he is diligent, careful and patriotic. There’s a lot to wade through. Let’s trust that he’s the right person for this moment. After losing out on the SC nomination, I doubt he’s going to fail us now.

in that position as the other and our SC is already tilted way too far to the right. And it is a forever position.
