2. Why doesn't anyone ask these morons if Gore had the right to refuse the Florida slate in 2000?

I mean it was his decision wasn't it? Clinton should have seized the voting machines in the Florida panhandle - right. We know that at least some ballots were altered to allow the mark voted to be scanned.

If anything a revote should have been demanded for Florida since it was clear that the voting method impacted the election and not the will of the people. Clinton and Gore should have had more creative lawyers and been willing to use the AG and DoD like Trump.

Maybe the country would be better off if we went a little fascist then instead of what we are facing now.
