Advice For Justice Department - Offer Only One Immunity Deal For The First Insider To Spill Beans

All the scumbags are pleading the 5th. Put it out there only one deal. One person avoids prison if they turn the rest in.

Order the popcorn!!!!

We can already see what happened. We just need a narrator who was there to connect the dots for a jury.
