Right now I'm interested in the 5/4 decision upholding gerrymandering. But I'd like to know where to go whenever I'm wondering.

It will show who voted in each direction, toward the beginning of the opinion, and then near the beginning of the dissent. Sometimes there is also a concurrence.

For certain types of procedural decisions, you will not know.
Whether to hear emergency petitions, is a decision made by one justice, depending on the circuit from which the case comes.
A decision to hear a case requires four justices, and there is usually no head count.
Decisions in cases that are heard by the whole court are published at:

The Alabama decision in question was a procedural order and not a substantive one. The question was whether or not to implement the decision of the appeals court pending appeal to the Supreme Court. The actual case will be heard in the next term.
