2. Too close to the election!

Where have we heard that before? Hearings to be held after the election.
Thomas needs to be impeached. So does Beer Garden for lying to Congress. And Cult Lady never heard a case.

to fast track a replacement for Breyer. And worse, wanting to appoint a black woman!

I say expand the court or impeach Gorsuch, Beer Boy, and the Stepford Wife. Hell, Thomas too!

5. Those are the best ideas

Our Constitution is so vulnerable to one-party rule. More than anything we need term limits on SCOTUS, and appointment limits (2) per 4 year presidential term, and no more than 3 per 8 year term. That would solve much of the problems we have without court expansion. Oh, yes and we need to remove those who lied during confirmation hearings. Easily. No quick fills, and if a seat is vacant for awhile so be it. Empty is better than empty-headed.
