I posted last year that the flaw in the constitution in regards to voting currently is the court systems have NO OBLIGATION to review voting rights issues right away that could affect upcoming elections.

Now it looks like the USSC has confirmed this; all GQP has to do is to vote in an anti democracy laws and make sure it can't be overturned for the next upcoming election because said election is "too close" to a negative ruling against them.

Joyce Vance on MSNBC described this as the The Purcell principle or "One Election Rule" meaning the anti democracy measure can stand for now because the ruling against it is too close to an election which is mind boggling stupid because people are negatively affected IN THE UPCOMING ELECTION !!

We are no doubt in a cold civil war, the GQP is OPENLY telling America to F**K OFF and doing so with relatively very little alarm in America.
