This NYC Bar podcast makes a REALLY important claim I hadn't thought about.

We know Trump is TRYING to claim privilege surrounding Rudy's presence from Robert Costello's 302 (though for conversations that pre-date his suspension).

But Costello, of all people, should know Rudy was suspended, bc he's Rudy's lawyer.
