I used to say it if [I was talking about] a Richard Pryor bit or something, I would say it in context, Rogan said. Somebody made a compilation of every time I said that word over 14 years and they put it on YouTube, and it turned out that was racist as fuck. Even to me! Im me and Im watching it saying, Stop saying it! I put my cursor over the video and Im like, Four more minutes?!'
I havent used that word in years, he added. But its kind of weird people will get really mad if you use that weird and tweet about it on a phone thats made by slaves, and then segued into a bit about labor conditions at overseas cell phone factories.
Later, he mocked his other major controversy the anti-vax information thats been discussed on his podcast.
I talk shit for a living thats why this is so baffling to me, he said. If youre taking vaccine advice from me, is that really my fault? What dumb shit were you about to do when my stupid idea sounded better? You know that dude who made people people eat animal dicks on TV? How does he feel about medicine? If you want my advice, dont take my advice.

(26,500 posts)is a right wing grifter who gained some internet fame reporting (supposedly with a leftist perspective) from the Occupy WS camps back in the day. Then he realized there's too much money to pass up, for the "I didn't leave the left. They left me..." crowd. Long story short, he went from "capitalism needs to be reformed" to "I truly believe Trump is going to sweep all 50 states." (I shit you not.).
In summary he's like a Dave Rubin, if Rubin looked like a South Park character.....

(448 posts)Awful and disgusting person. Has there been any attempt to deplatform him and his views? These types tend to recruit more acolytes with their dishonesty and ridiculous lies. There really needs to be a law for truth in broadcasting.

(26,500 posts)deserved. But I have a soft spot for YouTube videos or podcasts that mock him mercilessly.
Literally he claimed Rogan was the first one he called for advice as soon as he tested positive. One more for ya'. There was a whole thing about him being photographed at a table with a bunch of well known white supremacists. Who he claimed are not white supremacists. Basically, "don't believe your lying eyes and ears. ".
Anyway, apologies in advance for giving you more than you probably wanted on this asswipe.

(22,112 posts)I don't tell you how to run your radio show, yet here you are, offering advice on a constantly evolving and changing disease, as opposed to many tens of thousands of medical professionals.
So yes, shut up, and leave the work to the medical professionals.
