New Hope, Pa just agreed to pay 750,000.

The cop thought he had his taser. The town let the cop retire! NO charges against the cop.
The man was shot but not killed. He was in a holding cell when SHOT.

Several years ago this county also did not charge a cop who shot and killed a man in handcuffs. Perkasie Pa. That cop is still on the job!
