First, he knows that he and his fellow conspirators, up to and including Trump, are eyebrows deep in electoral wrongdoing.

Second, he knows that you know and I know that he and his fellow conspirators are eyebrows deep in electoral wrongdoing. Not enough people have heard about it yet — but should.

Third, he thinks that his continued lip-flapping on TV, and not under oath, amplifies the story of his wrongdoing and that of his fellow conspirators because they already believe that there is enough evidence to bring them to trial. But he's hoping to poison the well now so the wrongdoers can claim they couldn't get an impartial jury, and that they will never be able to get an impartial jury thanks to the liberal media, and that any charges against them should just be thrown out.
