It is a breakdown of the fake web of organizations through which American oligarchs are funneling hundreds of millions of dollars to push extreme right wing agenda (related to the Federalist Society). A maddening web of dark money and propaganda.

Sheldon Whitehouse has been all over this for a while now.

The Disclose Act would eliminate dark money and Republicans filibuster it.

selected the partisan Supreme Court. They have branched off to groups that are funded by anonymous donors, possibly 1 or 2 donors, to the tune of 100 million dollars. These groups are fictitious, these groups have not only spent millions of dollars picking SC justices, they are spending millions in propaganda. They are behind the critical race theory propaganda, they already have an ad made that bashes president Biden's unnamed SC nominee.

The basic theme from the video is that Republicans are all on board with dark money funding their "conservative" programs. Republicans filibuster the bill that Whitehouse wrote to abolish dark money.

My take from this is that the Federalist Society is behind all of this, and that the funding is coming from a handful, possibly only one person. The Federalist Society, propped up by 1 or 2 oligarchs, owns the Republican party.

side is picking our Supreme Court justices. At least, it's thorough to the extent that we know money amounts, but not who is donating the money. And, since there is no oversight on who has donated 100 million of dark money to two conservative organizations that are pushing conservative justices, we don't even know if it's one person making the choices for all of us. We don't even know what cases have gone before the Court that may have involved their personal interests.

And to add insult to injury, they are trying to muddy the water (squid ink) by making accusations that the next Liberal Supreme Court justice is being picked by dark money coming from the left. Projectionism.

Where there is no oversight, the conservatives are capable of heinous obstruction and manipulation.

Whitehouse also mentioned that these voter/election laws being passed by Republicans in the states, all come from the Federalist Society.
