Wonderful! But Finland needs to restore the Mannerheim Line and put the Iron Dome along the border with the Russian Federation. The Winter War must not be repeated.

Which is why The Irone Dome defense system is so critical for that region.

Why is Sen Paul holding up funds when it was already passed?
Who doesn't want that NATO supported region protected, as Ukraine called for as well, sometime ago.
They too stated they would want the Iron Dome defense system for their region as Israel has.

Why would Sen Rand Paul object considering the degree of threat that surrounds the region.

If he doesn't approve of Israel protections, would he also not approve of Ukraine?
And why not?

Putin unhappy. I like the Magnitsky Sanction idea. Keep the oligarchs and their relatives in Russia, money is not so desirable if you can't spend it freely.
