Can the US legally and should they actually deny Visas to Canadian truckers to enter the US?

Or can and should other national or government agencies deny visas to disruptive truckers who are now trying the Canadian stunt globally? I understand that these disruptive trucker protests are only among a small group of truckers and their supporters. Am I wrong? These protests are not about freedom to me. It's more like the extended MAGA are of Trumpians that are harming too many people across the globe. The seeds of a world-wide offense against any law and order are below the surface of these "privileged" truckers.

Our military is being affected. Might it be a good thing if all other militaries engaged in such defiance of their chain of command? It is a very, very complicated and scary issue. Attacks against science, medicine, education and governance. What could go wrong?

The protests to date have been held in provinces where the Premiers are right wing kooks. Ontario's premier, Doug Ford is a big time trump supporter, & visits mar a lago. The setup in Canada is the Federal gov, headed by Trudeau, can't do much as such things are left up to the provinces. While all this was going on, Doug Ford was at his cottage north of Toronto, riding around on his snowmobile. His daughter, Krista was cheering on the truckers. He is responsible for Ontario, where Ottawa & Windsor is located.

The federal minister who is the point man for this, Bill Blair was formerly the police chief in Toronto. He knows doug ford well, as when doug was a councilor in Toronto, the police chief went after his brother, who was the crack head mayor, Rob Ford. The bros ford tried to have the chief fired. Bill Blair's deputy chief in Toronto, is now the police chief in Ottawa.

Simple, but politically complicated. The premier of Ontario, Rob Ford has an election coming up, Justin Trudeau just won an election.

But you do need a passport. I suppose they could create a “no drive” list.

that was just a cover. 90% of Canadian truckers are vaccinated. This was funded by American oligarchs.

Most will end up with criminal records, which would bar them from entry into the US.

and DOT heavy vehicle inspection teams on the roads leading to and from the crossing. They are Mandatory inspections. I will guarantee that many of these trucks would fail miserably. Where are those Border Patrols that would be on major NY highways doing inspections, 10 miles or so inside the border?

Also US DOT could revoke the truckers US operating authority. Meaning they couldn't do cross border work. Transport Canada could also revoke their CVOR. That wouldn't necessarily put them out of work but would render them having to work under another company's authority or having to reapply/appeal their revocation.

The protest is not about vaccines. We already do not allow unvaccinated persons to enter the US.
