17. The simplest way

is to right click anywhere in the panel and look overthe menu that cokes fi[fof "copy image URL." Then paste that into the comment formhere (of course saying somethingin the "title" line, or, if you don't have anything else to say, a couple of random letters or symbols.)
I generally preview first to make sure the URL works without tweaking.

Each image has its own URL so the URL of the page won't work.

If it's not on theweb but on your hard drive, you first need to upload it someplace that will assign it a URL - such as Pinterest or Imgur or any of a nummber of others. If you need more info, fel free to DM me.
