"Yes, he may have been divisive and politically incorrect, but he had a lot of great policies", they say.
Really?
What were those great policies? Trade treaties created to enrich himself over the interest of the nation and making enemies around the world. Perhaps it was the great effort he put behind destroying NATO and our European allies? Everything he did seemed to be for the benefit of Russia and Putin because that was what was best for him.
Perhaps it was the hatred and division he promoted that tore our country apart? What policy could over-shadow that?
But Republicans of all stripes continue to talk about all the "great things" that Trump did. It is a Big Lie. He did no great things. He was a criminal from the beginning.

(63,172 posts)Predictably, they reply with a regurgitated spew of racist propaganda, touting such "achievements" as "he closed down the border" and "he was tough on the China virus," etc.
Of course, he didn't even do any of the things that they pretend he accomplished, but that hardly matters to the KKKult of ignorant racist fuckheads.

(4,292 posts)If Trump's policies were so great, why didn't they write those down to get him re-elected? Obviously, the main attraction of Trump was not anything rational enough to be called a policy.
