It used to be if you were a girl and had a job you would be preyed upon. Didnt have to be pretty, just young. I havent been a young woman in the workplace in a while so maybe its gotten better. Somehow I doubt it

cannot speak to that aspect personally.
This should always be at the forefront of our minds.
