As for fundraising, what makes you think that he's not?
FWIW - I will be attending a donor retreat with him and DNC staff in Charleston next month.

is not happy with him. He needs to be out and about at least fist bumping people in person. The President may deliver the message but the DNC chair has that responsibility too.

His view is that the story is being over-blown.
