Like not allowing them council seats and votes in the UN? That would make more sense at this point since they've already been expelled from the "G#".

And not allowing them access to international banking.

President Biden warned Putin the other day that he'd regret an invasion.
Much to Putin's surprise, I think, most of the West has unified against Putin. Germany is unique as they really need the Russian fuels but the rest of Europe is standing together.
There are lots of economic pressures the West can inflict on Russia.
