The ex-Man Show host has joined Fox News Channel primarily as a contributor on The O'Reilly Factor, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Carolla, 48, has appeared on the network occasionally in recent years, but now will serve a more regular role comparable to fellow comedian Dennis Miller, who appears weekly on The O'Reilly Factor to comment on political and social issues.
He will make his debut Monday and will subsequently return to the show every Monday. He is also expected to appear on other Fox News shows.
Carolla's politics have been described as conservative and libertarian and he has recently been touring the country with conservative talk-radio host Dennis Prager.

(1,362 posts)No surprise. Watch him, in about 10 years he or a friend of his will get sick and suddenly the guy will miraculously have a change of heart like Nancy Reagan did when she realized stem cell research could help Alzheimer's patients. Same old (R)epuke story just keeps repeating itself.
