Trudeau: invokes Emergency Act to supplement local police. Will
be reasonable and proportional response. Includes helping essential services like towing. Not suspending charter of rights and freedoms, peaceful assembly, freedom of speech or protest legally. Canadian Border services is already turning back Americans who are here to join the protests.
So it looks like it will be a hodge podge in the way it is used.
