When a Florida couple asked a handyman in December to build an office in their garage, the man accepted the job, according to a criminal complaint.Timothy and Tracy Ferriter told him exactly what they wanted him to build: an 8-foot-by-8-foot structure with its own ceiling and door, a police report states. The space also needed to have electricity, a window air conditioning unit and a camera in the ceiling and it had to be built in two days, the report adds.
The Ferriters, the police report says, also requested the structure only have a doorknob on the outside so if someone were inside the office they would not be able to exit unless someone opened the door for them from the outside."
The handyman said something felt off, so he contacted the Jupiter Police Department to report the incident.

It wasnt until police visited the house about one month later after the Ferriters 14-year-old adopted son had run away from home that they discovered a small room in the familys garage that matched the specifications described by the handyman, a criminal complaint states. The structure contained a small box spring and mattress with a gray sheet and pillow.

Florida Parents Allegedly Tortured, Caged Teen In Garage For Stealing Cookies
Timothy Ferriter and Tracy Ferriter allegedly confined their teenage son to a tiny enclosure in their garage, which was dead-bolted from the outside.
The child, who said he was barred from entering the main part of his parents home, claimed he was routinely and forcibly confined to the garage structure which was dead-bolted from the outside for lengthy periods of time.
The child said he was freed from the enclosure each morning to attend school but was forced back into the dead-bolted room after classes. When asked how much time he spent in the 8x8 enclosure, the boy stated, a lot. He claimed the longest hed been locked in was between 16 and 18 hours.
The door to the structure was found to have only one doorknob, and could only be opened from the outside. The sole light switch was also on the outside of the structure. Inside, authorities allegedly found a childs mattress, a desk, a folding chair, "small children's books" and a surveillance camera. The walls were bare, unpainted drywall.

The Ferriters had purchased a previous property in Arizona from 2014 until they apparently sold it and moved to Florida. The current owner of their prior home recalled to authorities that the realtor described that garages dungeon-like enclosure as a bonus room; hed observed a childs bed in it before purchasing the property.

Looking at the pictures of the parents, I can see no signs of souls behind those dead eyes.

They are not human beings.
They deserve to be locked into a small 8x10 Concrete room with a stainless steel sink/toilet combo for the rest of their natural lives.

I wonder if there is more to this story.
And, please tell me they're MAGAs.

That poor kid won't be safe if they do.
Also, jail fits the crime.

They will probably send the kid to reform school for running away from home...
