Biden averted war when he stated the fact that US vs Russia is WWIII.

I'm believing this was a calculated term of phrase and should go down as the slickest piece of international statecraft since Franklin seduced the French into the American revolution.

Of course, if I'm wrong, you may not be reading this or anything else, ever.
