This new bridge is about four miles from the border inside Russia. I guess near Chernobyl of all places. There have been Russian troop movements videoed in the area all weekend long.There are reports the Ukraine Army is on full alert. It's 2/16 in Ukraine, the day US intelligence said the Russians would invade. It must be getting near dawn there. No mention of any troop movements tonight though. You would think they would start to move under cover of darkness so maybe nothing will happen tonight.
Don't know of any good reason to build a bridge in a day though.

2. I wondered if the sarcophagus at Chernobyl

is either a target of Russians... if the wind is blowing toward Kiev... or a target of Ukrainians if the wind is blowing toward Belarus.


either way it would be like setting off a dirty bomb.
