Democrats work for the people.
Republicans work FOR THEMSELVES.
And THAT is why I will NEVER vote Republican. This shit -- is their daily modus operandi.
Republicans daily sabotage, obstruct, break gov't, & obstruct Democrats who want gov't to work for the people; then they blame Democrats for all of it and run on that shit. They've been pulling this crap for years and dumbass voters fall for it, continuing to vote against their own best interests (and everyone else's for that matter).

I will say I Nixondid a few good things for the country,like the EPA, but even then Republicans thought mostly of what is in it for them. Reagan really created the me, me policy!
