Ukraine as a young woman... Grim and funny.

I love his style! He did the Warning - Parents Watching Fox News cartoon. 😂

The clothes she is wearing is a Ukrainian woman's dancing group/troupe outfit. I saw these dancers as a kid.
The men wear white puffy sleeved shirts possibly with a bit of embroidery. Blue pants puffy below the knee, high red (or were they black?) boots, and a red sash at the waist.
