Please. I don’t mean to make light of people who suffer from PTSD. But the freeze in Texas of last year DID create that in some people. I feel like I’m one.

I know there are a lot of places in the US that deal with horrible weather events, and people survive much worse than what we went through. But going through it affected a lot of us. It was 70 degrees with sunshine one day and 9 degrees with snow and ice the next. The power was shut off over the course of eight days. For some of us, it was on and off constantly. For others, it was off for days. For others, both power and water were off for the full eight days. This all in addition to COVID and the aftershocks of the pandemic.

This winter has been frightening because nothing has been done to fix the problems. I obsess over my heating. I obsess over weather reports.

I will despise the greedy rat bastards responsible for this for the rest of my life. My family survived but some people did not.

Sorry. No just needed to get that out I guess.

The Greg Conversion is strong. At least someone will be making a buck or two.
