The hourglass figure seems to go overnight and we continue to go from dewy to desiccated while we try to figure out how to cope with a body that's turned against us yet again.

I find her sad as hell, a faded beauty queen who couldn't cope with normal changes and is now made grotesque by surgery and/or harsh makeup. She didn't have much else to offer, so my guess is that her ability to cope will be poor.

I think the picture was taken when she was in the middle of saying something and we can all look weird when we're speaking. Have you ever been on a video call when you or the other person's screen froze in the middle of them saying something? Your tongue's sticking out or your nose is scrunched up or whatever. 70. Comparison of images re "photoshopped" allegation (technical post, not appearance shaming)

Comparing the OP's image with an image that appeared above, we can see that the one posted (on the right) is not photoshopped:



Features to notice: She has high cheeks, perhaps from plastic surgery, but whatever the cause they get pressed into by her sunglasses more than her glasses because the sunglasses probably have a shorter arm. Also notice how they are much larger than the glasses.

The frown on her chin is not photoshopped as we see in both photos.

Her upper lip appears accentuated because of the lighting and angle, but both photos show it compressing a little and not so fulsome.

The difference in color is just due to different ambient lighting; this can be seen because it affects her skin and hair colour equally.

She has a very jutty chin. That aspect has not been photoshopped either:
