Of course he did!

He can do anything he wants! Shoot someone on 5th Avenue, grab a woman’s private parts, cheat on his wives, cheat the government, cheat on taxes, cheat the military and steal an election! So, why I am not shocked Trump stole memos from the White House? But this time he may not get away with it?

For example: The document was a contract with Proud Boyz and militia groups to storm the Capitol.

Or, the documents were taken so that he can sell them to Ruskies or something, like where all nukes are hidden.
