Either the American justice system destroys Trump or Trump destroys the American justice system.
The two can no longer co-exist.
This battle will decide the future of our country.

(22,035 posts)Trumps criminality cannot stand if our country is to survive.
Of course, the bigger problem is that millions of Americans dont accept that he is a one-man crime wave. They will not behave civilly when Trump is indicted.
I guess well see how this plays out.

(21,323 posts)when one listens to so many people saying that what Trump did with the documents that were supposed to be preserved with the National Archives will be hard to prove. SMFH. We are now hearing that he also waved the stolen documents around at Mar-el-Loco guests.
If DOJ isn't going to investigate this it isn't going to investigate anyone remotely associated with Trump.
Day 66 since the Mark Meadows criminal referral.
Day 38 since the Michigan AG criminal referral. Note to this referral; the select committee has subpoenaed people involved with the fake electors which tells me that DOJ is not pursuing the case. Why would the select committee interfere in an ongoing DOJ investigation?
Now we have the National Archives criminal referral, not sure of the time line for this referral but what's the difference?
At least the states and DC are taking Trump on. My hope rests with the state prosecutors.
