Sulu was promoted, and put in command of the Excelsior. Also, Kirk's "secretary", Janice Rand was promoted to Sulu's 1st officer. I think a Sulu spinoff after the 6th movie would have been a good show.

In any case, I'm glad he's on our side. He kicks rightwing ass!

Hillary made a key point about malice in the law. It plays with Durham disavowing the wild RW theories (presented as if news). At that point, further harping on the Clinton "campaign" would have been malice. So Fox shut up.

Also worth noting is that if Palin wins in SCotUS against NYTimes, reversing Sullivan somewhat, then the bar for malice would be lowered below the Fox level.
