Put a red notice on every Russian oligarch. Sanction them, confine them all to within Russia, and watch “regime change” happen in Moscow.
The elite of Russia should have to choose between their families' luxury lives in the West or Putin.
Seize all of their overseas properties, bank accounts and businesses too. Hit them where it hurts.
Stop their London jaunts, Mediterranean cruises. Sanction all their property, yachts and accounts. Make them pariahs.
They should go for the biggest, most notable targets to make examples of them - seize property, bank accounts, assets and businesses (inc. certain premier league football clubs)
Hit the billion$$ Oligarchy that Putin answers to.
Remove Vladimir Putin, effect regime change in Moscow*, force Russia out of Crimea with sanctions, and admit Ukraine to NATO.
AND FREE ALEXIE NAVALNY.
Offer Citizenship to a Free Russia, to all soldiers who lay down arms & defect immedietly.
What Should NATO do Now?
Zelensky at the Munich Security Conference said they should immediately publish a list of sanctions and threaten to implement them if Russia does not pull back from the Ukrainian border. Now is the time to act, not when Russia is occupying Ukraine.
