with the word “fuck” on it has been settled law since 1971 in Cohen v. California when the Supreme Court found that wearing a jacket with “Fuck the Police” on it in a courthouse was protected speech.

This case is not distinguishable. I took Constitutional Law I in the Spring of 1985, and I remember the case without doing research.
