23. This morning on Face the Nation, Margaret Brennan announced the latest reporting from CBS was

that Russian troops have received orders to proceed with the attack. That was the first I heard of it. She glanced at someone on the side as if to confirm she was correct in saying that. I felt the gravity of those words.

I still hope something can be done to prevent or blunt Putin's desire for violence and conquest.
