Close voting in more affluent white areas to a couple hours between midnight and 2 AM or have only one open voting place in a city of 90% white or move voting places miles out of town or...

I assume that most mail-in requests come from senior white voters, or in other words, the GOP base.
Folks are sending their requests to the wrong office, thanks to Republican misinformation, and there may not be time before the primaries for voters to correct. Even local GOP officials are confounded by the new laws.
It will be interesting to see the reaction if liberal candidates outperform expectations.
