engaged.....we would have elected him. Why didn't we? He reminded me of IKE....and would have had the smart tactical vision to get us to the 22nd century.

He worked hard (along with a good number of dedicated supporters,) but strength of establishment was too much, along with not being experienced in Dem politics and not having highly experienced advice, imo.

He surely would have had the smart tactical vision to get us to the 22nd century. (Now I'm choking up.)

I also promoted him (among my small group of Clarkie friends) for National Security Advisor. (He was supposed to have a good relationship with Hillary and Bill.)
