Also, the burning of books, for every book burned, especially those belonging to others such as libraries (public, school, etc.) the penalties should include the guilty offenders not just a misdemeanor charge, but also force them to buy 100 copies each of each book burned to be donated to various public agencies. And where do they get that burning books is the way to go? With the advent of the Internet, every book has been digitized, and is literally out there forever.
