1. The blame lies entirely with Republicans

Of course they're going to try to blame Biden. We can't let them. It's their fault. Tucker Carlson and Fox News openly propagandized for Putin in Ukraine's darkest hour. Republicans supported an assault on the United States on January 6th and did not back Biden when their country called them to stand united against an adversary.

Dems are going to have to say it. It's true.
