(19,996 posts)Which isn't a stance I disagree with, but rather think letting European nations do the needed retort first (while we were all conferring privately) then we step up as a powerful backup but not the only force, nor necessarily the lead one? Then we all act as one United force.

I've never seen this: president x says the stock "market" is rallying.
