I believe we should use fuel here at home even more sparingly until this situation is resolved.

With Germany not approving usage of that natural gas pipeline from Russia because of the invasion, prices will go up even more, this helps fund Putin's war machine.

In the short-mid term, we need to put a renewed emphasis on rapidly transitioning away from fossil fuels, too many lunatics around the world have too much power because of humanity's addiction to it.

In the mid-long term, I believe we should allow Ukraine and Russia to join NATO, after they become democratic nations and their borders are settled.

This would eliminate any real or imagined fear on behalf of the Russian People in regards to NATO's intentions and remove that propaganda fig leaf from Putin's or any future Putin's arsenal.

we don't have any other choice if survival of the human species means anything to us.

Maybe one day we can truly live off the planet and colonize other worlds but in the meantime, this is the only home we have.
