a UN Member... that the USSR was a charter member, but the RF didn't automatically inherit the seat of the USSR absent certain findings and adjudication by the members after the RF came into existence in the 90's. Brilliant! Get the fuck outa here, RF... this is the adult's table. You haven't been admitted and would not now be admitted based on what you're doing. You have no voice, no veto and no right to the presidency of the UN Sec Council. That's what I understood to be his argument anyway.
