In Ukraine as well.
"Syrskyi said 99.3% of the Ukrainian army had received two doses of a vaccine, and that booster shots were being rolled out. As of November, 95% of Russias army personnel has been vaccinated and 25% received boosters, according to the defence minister, Sergei Shoigu."
