Who has the right to purchase rifled weapons in Russia?

How many weapons can one person register?

(28 posts)I will keep my guns. Ukraine has opened up gun ownership now but it was too late for many to arm themselves if they wanted.

(38 posts)Gun rights in the Ukraine are pretty good when it comes to long arms, so maybe their civilians will stand a chance to hold their freedom if their military can not. If 1 in 10 own a hunting rifle, thats not bad odds. maybe a solid resistance will form and Russia will have another Afghanistan on its hands. But hey, lets make it about Russia!
