2. I posted the gist of this response on another post but I'm doing it again. IMO Trump should be

arrested right now for stealing and transporting confidential docs from the White House to Mar-a Loco. Conviction is pretty much a slam dunk and carries a 20-year prison sentence. During his incarceration the 1/6 cte. can further develop those charges and charge him for this treasonous crime while he's in prison.

This action will show the world that we are serious about justice and democracy in the world and may shake Putin up a bit.

Likely Trump and Putin are corresponding and I'd like to think that our intelligence agencies are on top of the communications and at this point consider Trump to be a better "asset" at Mar-a-Loco than in jail. But if not, arrest him now.
